When I was expecting baby #1, my cousin was nice enough to send me an email with all of her tried and true baby things, and it was a total life saver. I decided to return the favor by sending out an email to all of my expecting mommy friends. Baby stuff is totally overwhelming, especially for first time moms. Here are some of my favs.

Glam up my Trash- Part One
So “Glam up my Trash” was inspired a couple months ago when my husband and were going over our budget. We realized that we were $15-$20 ourselves to death. So we decided to really buckle down for a few weeks. Buy only the necessities and see what we “actually” spent. Awesome idea right? Yea, but how am I supposed to continuously update my home decor with amazing things that I totally NEED?

Potty Training Sucks
To be 100% honest my first baby was pretty much the perfect toddler. It was easy to teach her things and she met her milestones with ease. I’d like to say it’s because I’m such an awesome momma , but I probably just got lucky. So a little over a year and a half ago, I assumed potty training would be a breeze too.

My New Obsession
Ok, so the title of this post is mildly creepy, I know this.
Moving on… my new favorite thing to do after my kids go to bed is watch YouTube videos on hair and makeup. I used to read tutorials just for ideas and inspiration, but this is so much easier. I mean who the hell has the energy to read after you take care of kids all day. God, give me strength!!!
